Hello and welcome. My name is Julie and I would like to be you and your child's your learning coach. My mission is to teach and encourage you as parents to take charge of your child's education.

I am first and foremost a mother of three children. I am a teacher too and I know just how important a child's education is to any caring parent. Far too important to leave up to politicians and school officials who don't know your child or have their best interests at heart.

Most of us want to know what is expected of our children when they go to school. Most of us want to know how to help our childen fullfill their educational potential and achieve as much as they can in school. Some of you might decide to homeschool your children until they are older, as I did myself or homeschool them for their entire school life. Did you know you could do that?

Whether you are a new parent with a new baby, have a preschool child, or have older children I can help and empower you and give you the confidence to take charge of your child's educational experience.

I believe, from my research and twenty five years experience as a teacher that reading skills are the KEY to all learning.

I believe that a baby can read, that is begin to learn all the reading skills and reading strategies needed to read early right from birth. I used these successfully with my own children, teaching them through reading activities, reading games and providing a language rich home. I will show YOU exactly how to do this yourself.

My site is full of educational advice, information, tips, inside secrets which reveal to you what you need to know as a parent and and which teachers don't tell you.

I have developed a range of books and on-line programs which you can see to the right, which will show you how to help your child be the best that they can be and support you every step of the way.

I offer coaching programmes for parents on reading, reading early, parenting and all aspects of learning.
